My Paranormal Experiences

Well, Ive seen ghostly apparitions recently and havnt been sleeping well since,  I had been down with Covid, I was awaken at 3am the other night with my bed shaking,  there was no earthquake as far as I was concerned, and shortly before that, something sat at the edge of my bed, if that wasn't bad enough I felt something touched, like poked in the back that scared me this time, I admit I still get somewhat scared even to this day and age of fifty. So that is, what is to be expected when you have psychic medium abilities, but at least I understand it a bit more then when, I was younger. Finally, my ears won't stop ringing. It just dawned on me, why I maybe having these strange paranormal experiences, after hearing about, if you read the Skinwalkers At the Pentagon,you might have some paranormal experiences, and after hearing about this on Paranormal Podcast, by Jim Harold, well shortly after downloading it, and just reviewing it briefly, things started to happened, as I mention...

 For the past week; I had a couple of vivid astral projection experiences, the first time it happened, I saw myself and felt myself floating upwards towards the ceiling of my room, then when I looked back or down at my body, it looked like life-less, as if I died, again, also another weird thing was that, I looked much older.  I noticed some grey hair, and my face was a bit more wrinkled, I'm not sure if this was a premonition, but it sure felt like one.  Also; that same evening, while I was astral projecting, I saw what appeared to be three or four other entities with me, might of been my spirit guides, or even angel beings, as I also do see and hear angels, as well as demonic beings unfortunately, I couldn't really see any faces, but I saw what they appeared to be wearing white or grey-ish robes, they were somewhat pale blue color about their beings, other then that no real clear faces as of yet.  The other time; that I astral projected was just last night, I just ...
