My Paranormal Experiences

 For the past few nights; my sleep has been quite peaceful, until last night. I guess nightmares, and vivid dreams, come to us weather we like it to or not.  In these dreams, I see shadowy figures, mostly men, relentlessly chasing me through dark, unfamiliar landscapes. Their faces are obscured, their intentions sinister, and no matter how fast I run, they always seem to be closing in. The terror feels so real that I wake up in a panic, heart racing and drenched in sweat. This morning, I noticed a red mark on my right arm, as if the nightmares had crossed over into reality. Could these dreams be more than just figments of my imagination? The lines between the seen and unseen blur, leaving me questioning what is real and what is not.
