Awakened

So not sure, why I kept waking up every four hours last night,  and this morning,  is it my body that is not needing that much sleep, or is it something else trying to get my attention, like a spirit usually in my case be a spirit trying to communicate with me either when I'm awake or asleep, because, I would have some lucid dream or nightmare,  that can make Steven King novel like nothing, I should keep journaling my dreams which I do in my Facebook Spirit Chasers group,  some times I also note the dream of it's still fresh in my mind, on my digital voice recorder I even get a evp,  which is electronic voice phenomena,  picks up spirit voices,  I would hear like, whispers or disembodied voices in my head or some times seems to be around me, it's hard to explain this gift, or rather curse because if you don't set any boundaries you will get awakened,  believe me I have that happened it's because I forget to set those banderies and that very important, maybe next blog I'll share how to set those boundaries, that is one of the sure signs your awakened that spirits tries to communicate with you , and you capture an EVP after you awake from a lucid dreaming,  I also had that happen,  don't let it scare you, it's is it spirits wanting to get their messages out and they seek out those that are let's say,  awakened,  thanks for taking the time to read my blog,  hope everyone has a Happy Valentine's Day!♥️
