Paranormal Diaries: Something Knocked off our ceiling light cover!

It is always good, to note the time and date if possible, of any paranormal activity, but if you can't remember the exact time or date, its ok, as long as you remember exactly what happened, and write it as soon as possible, while it is still fresh in your mind. Yeah, so as I was sitting at my desk, all of a sudden, I saw our, ceiling light cover, just like get knocked off, as if something or someone untwisted and threw on the floor, it didn't happen today, it was yesterday afternoon. I dont remember the exact time it happened, btu it sure scared the hell out of me, not sure if it is anything to do with the paranormal as of yet, but when you see things happen like that, it sure makes you dont jump into conclusion,  like that could be a possibility, one way to also look at it, maybe it was loose in the first place, and over time it just suddenly slipped off, I always try to remember to debunk as well, that is very, very important in this field of paranormal, to remember to debunk, weather your professional team or ghost hunter, one should always remember to debunk, before claiming its was paranormal, or worse yet, calling it a "demon!" One of my theories, is that maybe this "demon," is not a demon after all, maybe it is a pissed off ghost, or spirit entity, that want to just get your attention, like a child does, you know, I'm not a parent, but I had worked with them, to know what they do to get your attention, and so its just logical that, maybe it was a spirit, that wants to just merly to communicate or manaifest, in your presence, which happens to me, quite often, as I'm a psychic/sensitive, since I was younger, I had many traumas, in my life, which leads to possible open door, or open third eye, to sense and communicate with dead people, and ultimatly other psyshic gifts, as I had written and developed in my three books over time, you can develop your psychic gifts, you have to really, really want to desire them, and take the time and effort, to devlope those gifts, maybe you were born with all your life, and you just never noticed them until now, fear also has a factor in this as well, maybe it was the way one was raised with their relgion, and or strict parents, who knows, was told not to use the psychci abilities, well before I go completely off topic, I was just wanted to start sharing, not only my own paranormal activity, which hapens from time to time, and its very hard to capture any poltergiest activty on film, sometimes however, I've been lucky, but not all the time, I will try to write more, as more occures, not that I wish it to, may be its part of the psychic gifts we dont fully understand yet, but its something, to want to dig deeper, and so its always good to not only do youer homework, but also find some mentor's, and take free online classes and courses about the paranormal/supernatural, whatever you prefer to call it, its up to you, and good luck in your search of the unknown.
