Spirit Messages

What are these spirit messages? For one thing,  it's something I tend to hear from time to time, when I'm sitting quietly at my desk, I would suddenly hear, a simple word or full messages... very rarely I would get a full name and more information about a particular spirit, I guess it depends on how strong is the connection between the spirit and the I guess medium par say, can get across, a medium is like a spiritual messenger that he or she receives,  and it's the messengers job to deliver that message, sometimes it sounds like it's from within my own head, and other times the spirit voices sounds like they are really next to you,  perhaps they are we just don't see them or are afraid to see them, the key is to not be afraid and show them respect, than they will in turn respect you and that is how we communicate with deceased loved ones, and   it's hard to accept this gift sometimes it's a curse, because once you open THIS portal or gift,  it's hard to close,  but it's possible to control it if you have someone to help train your abilities,  so far I've been pretty lucky to find some people and it's good to seek out their help if you want to strengthen or control your psychic abilities,  don't be afraid to seek their help, as I was afraid to use these gift because of how I was raised as Baptist and religious background can sometimes be bad as well won't go to much that background as it's just something I rather not relive and I'm trying to move forward,  even if I'm on my own and my family don't like what direction, I'm taking and again it's my life and it's the way I feel good about so, I learned to follow my gut instincts,  when I gotten lost in  the Forrest once and heard an audio voice which helped literally saved my life, that is in my first book, Dark Pathways,  well I feel we are all connected some way or another,  that is something to think about even if we know it or not, were all connected energy source as what spirits are, energy right,  if anything,  remember not to be afraid,  spirits were once people most of them good,  and we're all connected.
