How To Know if your an Empath?

What are the signs that you notice, if you think your an empath? Well, wn empath can sense and feel either dead or living people or animals feelings, happy or sad, or even mixed emotions, its also just being a mere highly sensitive person, that empaths are not just limited to one's emotions, but to many's emotions, thoughts, and feelings, phycially and spirturally, we also have an inner sense of, "knowing," like we can feel other's pains, because we are so open, that we make ourselves vulnerable to other's emotions and phycial pains, like for example, we also experience chronic pains, or fatiqueness, also whenwever I'm around darker spirits, or specially shadow people, if there are too many of them surrounding me, and yes I had this expereince, well lets just say I almost had a mental breakdown, I could feel their emotions, like they are trying to talk to me all at once, after we left that area, I was back to normal, so was it an empath moment? well, I like to say yes it was, because I was feeling the emotions of the darker spirits and shadow people, that was attempting to communicate with me, at the time I didn't know how to control this, as I didn't know what this empathic is all about, until I did some personal and serisou homework, its always good to do some homework what I mean by homework, research about any subject, if its ghosts or paranormal, or empath, its always good to get some basic background, so you will not be afraid of this gift, or sometimes curse.  Once you understand it, and how to control it, so that it will not control you, then it can be a wonderful gift.  There are more signs to look out for, so just pay attention to those, and note them down, so it will help you later, or seek advice from an  person like myself, who has this ability.
