How to identify a spirit guide?

Identify Your Spirit Guide’s Calling Card.

• Step 1. Ask Your Spirit Guide to step into your energy field.
• When your mind is quiet, the space around you is still, and there is nothing else.
• Step 2. Notice how they make Themselves Known.
• Step 3. Double-Check to make sure you really have it.
• Step 4. Practice, practice, practice with the same guide.
• Step 5. Finally Experiment with other Spirit Guides.

If you know their names, even better, I know from my spirit sessions, I kept hearing “Mark,” one time, I asked, is Mark one of my spirit guides? And got, ‘yes!’  So; if you need to use divination tools, to get to know your spirit guides better, by all means, don’t be afraid to use them.  If can hear them; even better with your own psychic ears or abilities, will help the spirit communications even better, and especially if you know your spirit guides even better chances of them helping you in your life.  How to you recognize your spirit guides, how to know what they are showing you is them, a lot of times, we can just simply ask, and if it's them to flicker the lights again if you have a KII meter or rempod even better, or just regular lights and lamps, they will make themselves known, sometimes it can be quite scary because they can pop in out of the blue, when you least expect them. That is something; you have to get used to, if you are working with spirit guides.  For me; I noticed sometimes, that my small lamps may flicker, or even out bathroom lights flickers, so that is one of the major signs that a spirit guide is present.  Another sign for me is that I may hear high pitched frequency sound from my own head, and it can get annoying, if you don’t pay attention, or at least acknowledge them, if you are a sensitive like me, you may also feel a sense of temperature changes in the room, does it feel colder than usual, and sometimes you may even get goosebumps, at least I do.’  As I’m writing this, I keep noticing my pink salt lamp flickering, which seems to flicker a lot lately, could it be from my spirit guide, Mark, who knows, but once I acknowledge it, that will stop from flickering so much at least.  That is how I noticed that some of these signs could be from my spirit guide or guides,  and of course, practice makes perfect, just as a musician practice an the instrument, so must we must practice our spirit communications, and meditations, if we want to get better and quicker at it, over time, we will get quicker and I noticed now that I’ve been doing this spirit work for over 15 years now, I can center myself quickly, if I need to cross a spirit or help them in some way or form, it’s a matter of practice, so remember that “P” word…PRACTICE!   We can; and are allowed to work with other people’s spirit guides, I know from working with Astro, he is another person’s spirit guides, he can not only work with other guides, but with other people, who needs that extra spirit protection, so its good to get to know our spirit guides, and other guides from other people, in case our guides are not trained in a specific area.
