My Recent Paranormal Activity

Even though, I didn't experience the paranormal activity happening my cousin that also lives with me, has experienced some strange activity. I think about a month or so ago around  my late husbands birthday in August well she told me that she seen both chairs move back and forth on their own.  The recent activity, happened the other night when I first put up my new mixtiles photos, they're about 8x8 size, however when my cousin heard the one mixtile that had me and my dad on it well that one not only just flew off the wall it sounded like someone made a big thump noise and the photo flew off.  I was looking around for the photo, it was little away from the original position.   At first; I thought that the new mixtiles wasn't working properly, however when my cousin mentioned she heard a big noise that even woke her up from sound sleep, well we think maybe a ghost might had done it.  Also; when I was shopping at Walmart about a week a go, I was feeling frustrated with mix emotions for some reason all day actually, when I got up to pay for my things, suddenly we seen this large pillow flew off the ground, and the register suddenly froze, so not sure if it was my energy, or poltergeist they have in the store.  I wished; I had filmed this activity at the store, but I was too nervous to ask.  I've been having; very lucid dreams and vivid nightmares lately. I know things; tend to go awry whenever my emotions are very tense.  I also know, that; that I had experienced photos flying off the wall before in my front bedroom, and even my tall mirror, or one of the tubs suddenly shook violently, I'll never forget that.
