Living With Psychic Abilities

 You know your psychic; when not only spirits show up, but you also experience other strange phenomena. I've been noticing; my psychic abilities since in my early twenties, a bit later on in life. My strongest psychic abilities; are clairaudience, clairvoyance, mediumship and sense of smell, which maybe called phantom odors, Clairolfaction also another term for sense of small, I may have one or all of the clair's abilities, thinking there maybe four of them. Clairaudience, Clairolfaction, Clairvoyance, which is the abilities to see the spirit world, visions and or dreams,  and finally Clairsentience, which means a sense of feeling, like empathic. My other psychic abilities, which is remote viewing, sensing or seeing things with the third eye.  Anyways; you can easily google them and find out more information. You can also develop these gifts, with the right mentors, and practice,  meditation and grounding are keys to successful working with your psychic abilities.  However; learning to live with your psychic abilities, is another story. Spirits, ghosts, mostly, sometimes evil spirits may come at you just to scare you, but never give into fear as it makes them stronger and we don't want that. Before; I got into the paranormal field years ago, I studied energy, or also its called reiki healing energy. I know; that I have it, as my grandmother seen a psychic once and she says there is something about her hands.' Spirits visits me often cause Im a medium had some weird things happened even had one evil spirit shout at me woke me up saying, "you can't stop me Im a demon!" Another time, when I was putting my late husband's stuff away he passed in 2020 anyways suddenly the tub container shook on its own as if someone was shaking it, my TV had an echo to it once and it would turn on or off I also seen shadow people and white mist it was quite active but finally its pretty calm these days I had to smudge our house couple times and I tend to get vivid nightmares I also seen UFOS but not lately I forgot to add a recent spirit says shell be back.' I've also seen some crazy; UFO crafts activity, also managed to captured some of them on film.  I've seen not only ghostly apparitions; but also demonic and angelic beings, which are incredible. Seomtimes; they remind me not to worship them or reverence them, as I am in awe of their precense. They also told me that; they are here mostly for our guidnece, and protection.
