A Ghost Followed me Home!

Have you ever had a ghost follow you home? I have.

It started as an ordinary day at work. I was alone in the break room—or at least, I thought I was alone. Then suddenly, three loud bangs echoed through the room. Boom. Boom. Boom. It startled me, but I brushed it off. Maybe it was the pipes or the building settling. But then… it happened again. Three more knocks. Boom. Boom. Boom.

At that moment, a cold shiver ran down my spine. Something was off. You know that feeling, that deep sense that you’re being watched? I felt it.

I stood up, gathering the courage to investigate, but I found nothing out of the ordinary. No one was there. No objects had fallen. Nothing had moved. Everything was exactly as it should be.

I let out a breath, convincing myself it was nothing. But as soon as I sat back down… the knocking returned. And that’s when I saw him.

A shadow—no, a full-bodied apparition of a man. He stood for just a split second before vanishing into thin air. I will never forget that moment. The sheer intensity of his presence, the way he seemed so real and yet… gone in an instant.

But the story doesn’t end there.

Days later, I recorded an EVP session, hoping to connect with this lingering spirit. And what I caught was chilling. A voice, clear as day, shouting, Stop! And then, another voice—or perhaps the same one—saying, If Frank.

Was this the same ghost? Was he trying to communicate, or was it a warning?

These encounters leave us with more questions than answers. Why do spirits latch onto certain people? What message are they trying to convey? And most importantly, when they follow us… do they ever truly leave?

(Brief pause, eerie background music swells.)

I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Have you ever had a spirit attach itself to you? Have you ever received an EVP message that sent chills down your spine? Send me your stories, and we might just feature them on a future episode.

Until next time, keep listening to the whispers in the dark. They may be trying to tell you something.
